Recognisable and simple tree view for better user acceptance SharePoint<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SharePoint DMS displays a clear tree structure of your SharePoint environment. This intuitively displays all sites, document libraries, views, folders and documents (for which the user has permission). Even on different servers with possibly different SharePoint versions. Consistent and user-friendly metadata capture when storing in SharePoint<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When saving Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint documents, it directly queries for any metadata values that exist in the SharePoint document library. For non-Microsoft Office files such as PDF, graphics files, etc., a user has to upload the files separately via the browser. Here, the handling of metadata is different.
