In SharePoint, you need separate email archives\"<\/p>\n<p>You hear this more often, but it is not true. MacroView makes it easy to store both emails and documents in the same area in SharePoint.<\/p>\n<p>How easy. You can drag and drop one or more emails and\/or attachments into ANY SharePoint area for which you have permissions. Preview in note format of a selected e-mail.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The MacroView software records metadata extensively automatically, so in a typical implementation you will not be asked for metadata when saving an e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>MacroView also makes it easy to search for emails and documents in SharePoint using their metadata and\/or their content while working in OUTLOOK or other familiar business applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader and Acrobat.
